Guidelines

Please submit stories to Fiction Fix via our submission manager. Please include author's/artist's name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. All short fiction, short short fiction, and novel excerpts are considered for publication. Creative Nonfiction is considered for the Spring 2011 issue. Stories in .txt format and 12 point font are appreciated.

Please note, all stories should be submitted via the submission manager; stories submitted in other ways cannot be read.

All types of artwork are considered for publication. Artwork may be submitted using the submission manager by sending all artworks in a zip file, or in 1 pdf or word file (upon acceptance, individual, high-res files must be sent via email). Please send up to ten images.

Prizes

Editor's Choice and Readers' Choice Award winners are nominated for the Pushcart Prize and for inclusion in The Best American Short Stories (as long as they meet all criteria for nomination).

Fiction Fix requests first-time, non-exclusive web and print rights and anthology rights. All rights revert to the author upon publication.
